By accessing or using the Hash Analytics website and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use our Services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.

2. Description of Services

Hash Analytics provides AI-powered real-time conflict intelligence and analytics tools, including but not limited to news aggregation, OSINT monitoring, event classification, probabilistic forecasting, and geospatial analysis. Our Services are currently in development, and features may change without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. User Accounts

When our Services become available, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Services.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services or related systems.

• Use the Services to harass, abuse, threaten, or harm any individual or entity.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Services without our prior written consent.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and analytical outputs — are the exclusive property of Hash Analytics and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written consent.

7. Data and Analytics Disclaimer

The intelligence, analysis, forecasts, and other outputs provided through our Services are for informational purposes only and should not be construed as professional advice. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties or representations regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of any information provided. Users should independently verify all information before making decisions based on our outputs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hash Analytics, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hash Analytics and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the United States.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Services after any revisions become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
